Pick a variant-tuple sample and run an end-to-end match against the ClinicalTrials.gov-sourced corpus. Returns scored trial matches with a rationale per match. The partner-tier /v4/trials/match endpoint takes the same shape but lets you supply arbitrary variants, prior therapies, ECOG, and line of therapy.
