Do we need to change our EHR?
No. UNMIRI integrates at the LIMS layer. Your EHR is untouched on Day 1. If you later want to push structured output into your EHR, the API supports it — but it's not a requirement to go live.
What formats does UNMIRI accept?
VCF (variant call format), FHIR R4 genomics bundles, and scanned/structured PDF. We handle the ingestion — you don't need to pre-process.
How long does the pilot integration take?
Most labs are sending test reports within 1–2 days of receiving credentials. The REST API is documented, the auth is API-key based, and we pair you with an integration engineer for the first week.
What happens to our data after the API call?
Zero-retention: report data is processed in memory, not persisted to our systems after the response is returned. You retain full custody. See the security page for the full data-flow diagram.
